What are the Iniciatic Trails?
20 years ago Alba Maria started her journeys all over the world. At the beginning it was only herself and her spiritual guidance whispering into her ears: trust… walk… fly…! Years later, listening to her own guidance, she went on throughout the paths of the world leading seekers to take the sacred trails of Nature. This way, Alba has been facilitating the meeting of innumerable people with his/her own guidance.

Journey to India
The shaman Alba Maria asks for Mother India’s permission and blessing to take one more time a group of seekers to visit some of the sacred places of this land full of prayers, chants and masters. It is the tenth time the Shaman walks on the paths of this country, where she always learn about the meaning of life and death, about the meaning of matter and spirit.
Period: February 04th to 23rd of 2009
4th - Departure from Brazil to Europe
5th - Connection to Cochin, India
6th - Arrival in the birth region of the ayurvedic medicine; Cochin. Transport to the
accommodation in the Kerala Village Homestay or the Holinest Stay Home. Night: we watch a performance of Katha Kali (dance and theatre of Kerala)
7th - Departure to Kuruppanthara. Ayurvedic treatment. Night: traditional dances of Kalarippayattu
8th - Morning: local culinary workshop with natives of the region. Afternoon: introduction to the mantras (holy songs) and yantras (mandalas)

9th - We travel through the nice waters of Kerala in the direction of Varkala in a
houseboat, observing the beautiful landscape of this unique place
10th - Arrival at Varkala, circle of sharing
11th - Free day in Varkala. Night: traditional martial arts – Kalarippayattu
12th - Transportation to the airport of Trivundram and flight to Delhi. Familiar
accomodation in Shashi´s Homestay
13th - Morning: visit of the majestic temple of Bahai, Lotus Flower and trip to the
city. Afternoon: visit of the big and famous Indian market - Palika Bazar
14th - Morning: visit of the mysterious Muslim temple. Afternoon: visit of the original and stimulating district of Old Delhi. Night: dinner in the house of the Indian family (Terra Mirim India)
15th - Transportation by a chartered car to the centre of Delhi, to the holy city of 1000
temples – birthplace of Yoga: Rishikeshi. Accommodation in Ashram Parmath

16th - Morning: participation in the activities of Ashram (Yoga and meditation). Afternoon: participation in the ritual of Arti. Night: circle of sharing
17th - Morning: free. Afternoon: participation in Satsang with master Shantimayi. Night: free
18th - Return to Delhi, accommodation in the familiar Shashi´s Homestay
19th - Trip from Delhi to Agra by a chartered car, accommodation in the Hotel

It is necessary to:
speak English, at least a little bit,
respect the local habits,
respect the program above,
really wish to make a spiritual journey, having a Shaman as the leader.
Observations:
The Shaman clarifies and requests:
· Only book this journey if you are open to anything unexpected that could happen during the journey, changes in the program as well. If you are interested in other places, people, experiences, there are plenty of other programs that will satisfy your needs.
· The Shaman is not a tourist guide, she is a person who already walked uncountable holy paths of this planet, taking a lot of seekers with her, in order to help them to find and meet their deeper self.
· Appropriate clothes for women. Don´t try to break the local habits (sleeveless tops, deep neckline, shorts, short curts and other similar clothes), to avoid problems of yourself and the group.
· It is not allowed to enter the temples with shoes, so take some simple and comfortable sandals with you.
· It is easy and even cheap to buy indian clothes, so if you don´t want to bring a lot of luggage with you, you can acquire them there. Attention with the weight limits of the luggage.
· A travel contract is to be signed by everybody who will travel. The contract will be available after the payment of the first 50%.
· The circles of sharing are moments in which the group meets and the Shaman passes teachings, gives advises and responds questions.
· The offered meals are vegetarian. India is the country of spices. We are going to ask for a low level of spices, but it is not always possible. Ginger and pepper are very common and used a lot there.
· If you smoke, do it in a way that does not affect the group. Don´t bring difficulties into such a nice journey.
· If you are a drinker, this is definitely not your group.

Field of Meditation
Since many years the Shaman Alba Maria has been practicing, teaching and learning the art of meditation with Masters and Shamans all around of the world. Diving into sacred paths of India, Nepal, Peru, Himalayas, she was initiated in mysteries of life and death through innumerable meditative techniques. Together with some of her seekers, the Shaman will be dedicating herself to teach and to improve such a powerful instrument.
The program was conceived in a careful and beautiful form, so that everyone could go along with and could perceive him/herself as truthful points of light on this planet.

Observation:
The work will be divided between the professional team and the shaman Alba Maria.
In case it is not possible to participate in the work every day, at least the 2-days-participation is required.

Warriors of God
Who has never heard beautiful stories and legends of great fights where noble warriors gave everything of themselves? Because of their love to a purpose, they said YES to life and even to death. In this journey they came to discover themselves… All these men and women’s energy and strength followed a cause. They had an intention.
What does a person make out of his/her strength if not for a purpose, if not for something that is noble to fight for? So, in the daily life, in the relations between people, private wars are created as a way of flowing out all the bellicosity, all the battle energy that many people have. That is when the fool fights, the impositions, the fights for power appear.
Within this bellicose being there is a very strong energy of personal realization. One must create a flow out of this energy in order to obtain accomplishment. As most of the time one does not know how to do it, the person creates resistance, quarrels and personal wars. Actually, there is energy of the highest frequency penetrating in him/her and possessing this being – force energy, fighting energy.
But this force energy exists for the ACCOMPLISHMENT OF ONESELF, for the deep encounter of the person with him/herself. It exists for a noble combat fulfilment, this interior fight when each one searches for his/her Holy Graal and meets him/herself. Each one must be very clear of the intention of this strength, not to try to join wars without cause where no matter how much one conquers he is always losing.
Ask God: “Why is this force so intense inside of me? What do You want from me? What? In which way I will discover myself? How can I keep this permanent dialogue with myself"? Listen to the answers that will sprout from your heart.
What I have renounced in my life, what I have gone through in my history is what gave me strength to continue: inside my pain there was my force. More I claimed, more I suffered, more it all ached - so my strength raised, my wings got stronger to fly and get closer to myself. We don’t need to be afraid of our weaknesses. We are fragile warriors taken by an insane fight, the interior fight. We put armours, we arm ourselves up to the teeth but inside we tremble so much! So I prefer to delouse my weapons for they are heavy and I don’t know how to carry them. When I drop them out I feel lighter, and I die. We are released when we display something hidden. I live this freedom in myself.
When you expose your human nature, it’s easier to relate with the people whom you love and who love you. Love holds everything.
